We are a small group from Denver, Colorado with expertise in county and court records management. We gather, organize, store, and then provide, data from the results of county tax sales. Additionally, we provide enhanced lists (data) for entire states, and fulfill targeted, individual requests. When we began list distribution in 2011, we decided it would be unethical to actively work as agent in the asset recovery business while distributing this data, so we don’t work, or give advice in that area.
